It is not necessary to have a gym membership. I design your Training program such that you can work out anywhere and with no equipment required.

I don’t give a just diet chart. I carefully analyse your eating pattern and make little changes progressively, in order to improve your food quality. Your food will not be completely alien. Most importantly you will enjoy it. 

Your Personalized program is designed based on PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), and Diet Recall filled by you.

We carefully note all the detail of your body condition, injuries and what you eat day to day basis and many more details and design workout and Yogasna Plan for you.

No. this is where our nutrition plan is different. you will still enjoy the foods you like.
